FlashScan V3 Scan Only is a scan tool, data logger and calibration reader for selected GM, Dodge Cummins and Cummins HD engine controllers, in either standalone mode (FlashScan V3 to vehicle connection), or in pass through mode (PC/laptop to FlashScan V3 to vehicle connection).
These Flashscans come with only the GM Tuning option installed
Each Tuning Option ships with 2 VIN Licenses to tune two supported controllers.
